User Accounts and Registration

Google Ads Integration

• Confirm you have the right to share this data with us
• Understand that we will process and analyze your campaign data
• Can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
• Consent to Aggregated Benchmarking: You consent to our use of your Google Ads data in aggregated and anonymized form for the purpose of generating industry benchmarks and comparative analytics. Aggregated data will not identify you or your account.

We process your Google Ads data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google's API terms of service.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
• Cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Services and their content, features, and functionality are owned by AdWiser and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your Google Ads data and any content you create using our Services. However, you grant us a license to:

• Store and backup your data as necessary for service delivery

Disclaimers and Limitations

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of our analytics
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that our recommendations will improve your campaign performance or ROAS.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdWiser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
